In this role, you will:
· Learn to identify and evaluate potential sales leads through various channels, including online research and networking.
· Communicate effectively to build and nurture relationships with new and existing partners.
· Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals.
· Develop a strong understanding of our products to present them confidently to clients.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
· Responding efficiently to sales-related challenges.
· Supporting the company's presence at industry events.
· Assisting in tracking and analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
· Working towards achieving monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Contributing to the preparation of monthly and quarterly sales reports.
We're looking for someone with:
· A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science & B.tech marketing, sales, or a related discipline.
· 1 year of practical experience in sales or business development.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Familiarity with networking, project management basics, and problem-solving approaches.
· Developing creative and strategic thinking to support effective sales strategies.
· A willingness to learn and adapt to our company culture and potentially mentor others.
